Products and shipping/handling fees are paid upon ordering. In online-shop you can pay with Klarna Checkout- payment method, which includes invoice, account or credit card.

Shipping and handling fee depends on the shipping method chosen and will be added automatically to the total sum of the order. If the total exceeds 150€ no shipping and handling will be added.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible normally within 24 hours. Goods will be shipped by PostNord MyPack Collect- shipment unless otherwise agreed. With the order confirmation you will receive a Tracking number for your shipment.
Tracking is available on www.postnord.fi/asiakaspalvelu/sahkoinen-asiointi/lahetysten-seuranta service.
If any item of your order is missing from our stock, you will be contacted before the shipping.
We have full return policy for 14 days.
You can return the goods without stating the reason for return but it should be done in 14 days from the order. Please contact us before the return, we will send documents needed for return. This can be done by e-mail or by a phone call. We will charge the shipping and returning fees if no notice is done.
If you cancel your order, we will refund your payment including shipping fee unless you have chosen another shipping method than PostNord MyPack Collect- service and if you have contact us before the return of the order. The refund will be done latest 14 days after we have received your cancelation. Your refund will be done by the same paying method as your order unless otherwise agreed.
If the goods are damaged please contact us, we are sending you documents you need for return.
Please let us know if you want a new product or your money to be returned. Money refunds will be taken care of by Klarna.
